Forty two members of the Israeli Special Forces stormed the Aqsa Mosque and toured its vicinity particularly in confrontation areas amid Talmudic explanations by Israeli military officers.
Al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage warned of the repeated violations of the sanctity of the holy site, and expressed concern about the escalation of storming the holy Mosque during this week. 25 members of those special forces also stormed last Tuesday the holy Mosque and toured the same places, the Foundation said.
The Foundation wondered whether the Israeli occupation authority was preparing for escalating break-ins into the Aqsa Mosque especially following a press release by the leader of Islamic movement in 1948 occupied Palestine Sheikh Raed Salah saying that the IOA is preparing for a “serious event” against the Aqsa Mosque.
